Our photographer posted a few pictures of our wedding on his blog. I am so happy with just the few I have seen so far! He did an amazing job! Here are a few of my favorites...

Annual post Christmas family get-together!
We had our annual post Christmas Marter/Faulkner/Felty get together...or as we like to call it "Carb Fest!" We've upgraded and now have moved the meal to Marcella's. We also celebrated the start of Kelli and Nick's wedding festivities! We kicked off the weekend celebrations with lots of food, drinks, and laughs!

Merry Christmas!
We had a wonderful Christmas weekend celebrating with family and friends. This year started new traditions for both Travis and I. This was the first year I did not attend Christmas Eve mass at my aunt's house and celebrated Christmas Eve in Columbus with Travis' family. We had a great time! After dinner we got in the car and drove to Cleveland and surprised my parents with a 1am arrival in Cleveland. Christmas morning we opened gifts, ate breakfast casserole, made the turkey ride video, and my parents hosted their annual Christmas Day party with around 60 guests! Christmas night ended with our traditional loaded questions game with my family, tay-tay, and the D's. These traditions will never get old! Merry Christmas!!

I need a 12 step program...
Hi my name is Lauren and I am addicted to Pinterest!
If you haven't been pinning you've been living under a rock. It has consumed my life! I have designed the interior of my future home (wherever that may be), paint colors, preschool lessons, future children's clothing, recipes, crafts I'm sure I'll never get to in my lifetime, and the list goes on and on! Needless to say it's addicting and you should check it out! Happy Pinning!

The Marter's!
We are officially married and are in wedding bliss! I could not have pictured a more perfect weekend!! The weather, the people, the ceremony, the party...it was all amazing! We are so blessed to have been able to celebrate and be surrounded by all our family and friends!!
The best wedding party ever!
This picture cracks me up! It was bike night in Chagrin and my brother and Kara befriended the bikers and started taking pictures on their bikes. Of course they insisted we jump on for a quick photo shoot. Travis and I made sure to get a picture with the bike owner. Notice the starbucks coffee in one hand and his cigarette in the other...cheers!

It's the final countdown!
We're less then a week away from the Big Day!! Travis and I enjoyed our "last" date night before the big day (Thanks Natalie!) We spent the day running errands for last minute wedding stuff and enjoyed a nice dinner together! See ya at the Wedding!

Our humanimal
Apparently the dog bed is just not good enough for her! She needs to watch Dissing your Dog: How to Train Your Puppy with Mockery and Verbal Humiliation.
Notice Rudy has 3 pillows surrounding her...somehow she figured out how to do that on her own!

Getting Close...
I had to capture a picture from our busy weekend! Travis and I headed to Cleveland to finalize wedding stuff including getting our marriage license! It was a successful weekend and we are getting very excited for the big day! Everyone keeps asking me if I'm getting nervous...should I be?! because I really am more happy then anything! We can't wait to celebrate with all our family and friends in just a few short weeks!
Here we are in my parents foyer putting together our tables for the wedding. My aunt gave us the idea which she saw them do on the Kardashians (the only good idea that came out of that wedding ha!) We took paper plates (as the tables) and post its (represented the guests) to layout tables and table numbers. It was a great idea and really made the process a lot easier. I'm back to Cleveland next weekend for the final final wrap up of wedding planning!

Happy Halloween!!
We celebrated our (hopefully) last Halloween in Clintonville! I must admit that if we move to a house in the country I will miss having trick-or-treaters! We had some friends over, dressed up the dog, and passed out candy! It was a good time!

Halloween Craft
My preschoolers made these Halloween lanterns in class this week. They are so stinking cute and super easy to make! We made pumpkins, frankensteins, vampires, and ghosts! All you need is a glass jar, tissue paper, black paper, and modge podge! I got the idea from www.ourbestbites.com.
